Cracks in rubber roof.

Took the camper out today to wash and noticed the rubber roof was cracking on the outside crease and right above the gutters. I have a picture of the rear roof. The rubber material was soft and pliable and was actually able to seal some of the cracks applying pressure.
What is the best product to apply to just the effected area?

Eternabond...from gutter to roof all the way around the edges. There are several threads recently for how to to it.

Thanks for the replies. I know about the Eternabond tape and used it to repair a small tear in my slide roof. For this I am going to try the Dicor sealant route first and may end up later with the tape.
You would think I wouldn't have this issue with this thing stored under cover.

No, you contact the roof material manufacturer. The 10 year membrane warranty is from the manufacturer, not Forest River.
It only covers materials, not labor.

Thanks again, sounds like it's not worth the trouble. The roof itself looks to be in good shape, it is just the outside edges above the gutter.

UV exposure probably made the 90 degree bend brittle which resulted in cracking... maybe even mechanical damage such as might be caused by sliding against stored camper in a tight garage... seems like a cheaper way to make roof watertight rather than use fiberglass/gel coat or aluminum for the roof.

You can use Dicor and have to redo it again in a few years, or do Eternabond once and be done with it. Use a contrasting color of Eternabond around entire roofline and make it look like a factory install...

Link works for me, it takes you to the library download for the pdf file.

As for rsdata's reply, Alpha TPO is UV resistant, they say just clean the material and you don't need to apply a uv resistant coating

Here's 3 pdf files for the Alpha Systems TPO roof, including the one in that link.

Alpha roof is advertised as "will not puncture, crack, or tear" and that's why I thought it might be fiberglass (same texture). Seems like the manufacturer should make it right with their claims. Oh well.

I would contact the roof manufacturer. Looks like an Alpha roof membrane.

If/when you get a hold of them (the factory 'may' be closed) they are going to ask some questions.
Such as, did you properly maintain your roof per their recommendations, etc. (ie: regular washing with Dawn or Spic N Span)

If you show them that photo, they are also going to ask if the the white looking sealant someone smeared on there is their Alpha product. It doesn't look like any Alpha lap sealant I've seen.

Note that it appears that Alpha has made some updates to those instructions, and there is one specifically for edge splits:
