Damaged siding

We have a Rockwood 8829s and had a blow out that damaged the siding. A couple of questions.

1) Can you order the individual replacement pieces or do you have to order rolls of siding and mold them to fit? In exchanging emails with Forest Rivers Inc. it appears I have to buy the rolls.

2) I see that generic wheel wells can be bought. Are these of any value?

Thanks.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. When you say generic wheel wells do you mean fender skirts? I'm not sure what you mean by siding maybe a pic would help answer your question

You can order it from the manufacturer unless its old enough they dont carry it anymore . There is also other suppliers or RV siding . I've repaired a couple its not a fun job.

I can't find model 8829, but I see an 8299 and it has laminated fiberglass siding. With that siding, small places can sometimes be patched, but with larger places the whole sidewall has to be replaced.

That's got to be a really old Rockwood, if it's stick and tin.

Think the original poster needs to provide some more info.

Nothing shows up when you Google "Rockwood 8829s". So either it's so old that there's nothing on the internet or the OP posted the wrong model number.
