Delamination?

Hello all, New to this Forum and looking to purchase a New 2019 Surveyor 2666RDLS. I was looking it over and noticed this on the drivers side top front. Mentioned it to my salesman and he said something "tapped it". and of coarse they will fix it. I have not looked physically at it yet, but it appears to me like de lamination. but I cannot understand the "sagging" look.
Has anyone seen this before?

X2 - I’m assuming this is a decal and not paint. Looks like an improperly applied decal.

X3. For sure a decal with moisture behind it. So the question is how or where did it get in.

Take a pin and put a small hole at the center of the bubble. Then push out the air.

Brand new trailer, look elsewhere if it is delimitation. This just the start if it was built with less than ideal glue application or employee lack of concern while building.

Poorly applied decal the wrinkle at the bottom would tell me its not delamination as it would not wrinkle like that if it was delaminating.

Has anyone seen the exterior gel coat bubble outward on their rig? Noticed a large bubble towards the rear of my rig. There is no moisture damage or intrusion on the inside, the roof is all solid and the bubble is rock hard. maybe delaminating?

Pics are always more helpful than descriptions.

It does look like bubbles under the decal. But, I would want to know what the salesman meant by, something tapped it. I would really look it over, check the seals and caulking in that area. Also really look over the interior in that area.

Looking at the photo on different devices is deceiving.

On my mobile app it 'appears' to be a poorly applied decal.

On my computer it does appear something 'tapped' the sidewall and indented the fiberglass. (round smaller shape to the right and then the lower part only of a larger circle) (sag?)
It also appears whatever his to the left of that tore the decal as it indented the sidewall. This of course would not be delamination but accident damage.
