Eternabond over Dicor?

Need help once again. I am new to the do-it-yourself roof maintenance. We are getting our trailer (2013 Hyperlite XLR) ready for winter. I am first Replacing and sealing the skylight and replacing the vent covers as needed, then want to seal around all the vents and openings before
coating the roof. My question is, can I apply Eternabond tape directly over newly cleaned Dicor sealant or do I need to scrape it off and apply Eternabond, or possibly both, ie apply new self leveling lap sealant then Eterna bond. I have seen the damage of a roof leak on other trailers and do not want to go there. Thanks for any advice

Absolutely, once the dicor and adjacent area has been cleaned you can apply the eternabond right on top. Use a seam roller to insure bonding. If done properly the Eternabond will last for 10 years. The Eternabond instructions are in pdf format in the Library section of the forum under Awnings, Roofs, and Exterior.
