EternaBond RoofSeal vs. RoofSeal PLUS

I'm looking to perform a little PM on my front cap seam with the roof and other spots on the roof. The roof looks in good shape but based on postings here this sounds like a good PM activity.

I'm thinking of going with the EnternaBond RoofSeal Plus for the cap seam since this material is almost twice as thick (65 mils) as the plain RoofSeal (35 mils). The Plus version cost is almost twice the cost of the plain version. Has anyone used the Plus or compared the Plus vs. plain version? Any thoughts or comments on the two materials?

BTW, both versions have a shelf life of up to 5 years. Has anyone notice a deterioration in the material over time?

Thanks!
