exterior screws for slideout

I have noticed that the screws for my wardrobe slide has started backing out. I have tightened them, put a little caulk in the holes and they continue to loosen.

They seem to be a #10 pan head screw at 1-1/4 length. I was thinking that i could put thicker screws (#12) and also adding loctite. Any ideas where to find that specific screw for exterior grade and black head

also, does it make sense to add additional screws halfway between each current screw for extra durability.

Looking for any and all options

what do those screw screw into
wood, fiber board, metal?

if it is some sort of wood product...
use a small jewelers screw driver poke around ... is it soft / mushy rotted out?
if it is suspect you can try to inject some epoxy to stiffen it up?
then try fatter screws

It should be metal framed there.

Could you use a plastic wall anchors in the holes. I have done this on some interior wall items that the screw can no longer be tightened. I carry several different sizes for my needs in the trailer. The plastic wall anchors will expand somewhat and will hold the screw tightly.

You could also use Gorilla glue for exterior use with the plastic wall anchors. But you need to wipe off any excess glue with a wet rag.

I have done this on wooden benches that have had the screws back out over time.
