Identify replacement vent cover

I have two of the vent covers shown in the picture installed on my 5th wheel. The one shown is in good shape but the other one gets a lot more sunlight and weather and is very unsightly.
I am wanting to replace the ugly one but don't even know what it is called. I did a number of Google searches for "small rv vent" and/or similar but have come up with nothing.
Does anyone happen to know what this vent cover is called?

Thanks in advance,

Thank you very much for helping me with this. I certainly do appreciate it.

I Googled "Lippert wall vent cover" and the Ebay link was there. Seems like Lippert makes most of the stuff on our trailer. Apparently not everything.

A can of spray paint would do the trick if the cover is not damaged, remove the cover, paint and reinstall. KISS.
