Installing MaxxFan 7500K and need advice on how to tap into electric

I just bought a MaxxFan 7500K to place in my 2014 Rockwood Windjammer 3029W. I'm placing it in the unpowered crank up vent above the kitchen sink. The only power running through that vent is 120v going to the A/C and 4 lighter dc wires (yellow/green/greybrown and blue) also going to the A/C unit. I'm thinking I might be able to fish back to the bathroom wall through the a/c wire run and try to hook a pair of wires down the bathroom wall to the breaker box area. Anyone have any suggestions?
