King Dish concern

I have a Freedom Express 248RBS that I just winterized and put in storage for winter here in SW PA. I discovered a month ago that I am getting water under my King Dish cover which is mounted to my roof. The water I discovered is laying in the trays beneath the mechanism that turns the dish. There are no holes in the cover and I do get some condensation on the inside of the cover, but not sure where the water is getting in. The dish is sealed with caulking and it's parked inside for now. I have just ordered roof caulking and my only thought is to reapply caulking in the Spring when we get it back out. I just wondered if anyone else ever encountered this and how they fixed it. I have included pictures to show water.
