Leaking roof 2003 cedar creek 36 rlts

I bought a 2003 Cedar creek 36 RLTS two weeks ago, the couple I bought it from kept under an enclosed shed for 10 years. It is now sitting in my drive and the exhaust vent in kitchen is dripping when it rains, I put new sealer around vent on roof, rained this morning and have drops from the vent any suggestions?

Pics from the inside and outside would help in giving you some guidance.

Is the plastic vent cracked somewhere? They become very brittle over time.

The whole roof looks like it could use some sealer. Also the vents are pretty weathered. Maybe start with replacing them and apply a sealer to the rest of the roof. Good luck.

Might not be a bad idea to clean the sealant around everything on the roof and check for any voids. You cant over seal anything on the roof. Doesn't look like that roof had much care over the years.

Leaking roof 2003 cedar creek 36 rlts

Thanks for all the reply's, I found a pin hole on the seam by the vent, sealed up until the rain lets up in a few days and will power wash and apply new coat of sealant to roof. Roof not leaking will hold until the weekend.

Looks like the roof needs a good cleaning and treatment , may find more pin holes

That roof looks in bad shape.
Did you clean or treat the area under what you smeared on there before applying?
What sealant did you use?
It may simply be you didn't get a good sealant bond to the dirty roof.
