Loose roof membrane

I was driving north on I-39 yesterday, just outside of Bloomington, Illinois. In the southbound lane I saw a fiver coming down the road. The roof membrane on the front of the trailer above the bedroom was ballooned up about two feet above the roof. It appeared to be attached in the front and sides but clearly air was getting under the membrane from somewhere. If air can get in, water can too!

To the owner of that fiver...I'm sorry I didn't catch the make of the truck or trailer, but if you are on this forum and were on I-39 around 1:30pm, 5-10 miles outside Bloomington, IL, on Saturday, October 21, you definitely need to check your roof membrane!
