Need help finding a good dealer for roof repair

My son-in-law ripped his roof on a low hanging branch on the drive home. He has 2021 Sabre 37FLL. We are looking for a good shop to repair/replace it. He lives in New Jersey, but can travel to Pennsylvania if necessary. I mentioned a mobile tech, but he's worried about a rush job, as it won't fit in the garage at his shop (too tight of a fit between the lift). I also posted this in iRV2.
Thanks for any help.

Can he provide photo's? I had a tree branch penetrate my roof and I was able to repair it sufficient enough to be able to take the time to get estimates and decide where to get it repaired. Maybe I could give guidance on a temporary repair.

I have Eternabond tape ready. He wants to show the insurance company first.

Ok. Just clean the area where the eternabond will stick to. Then caulk the edges of the eternabond with Dicor self leveling sealant. I did the same and when they came to replace my roof, they said my repair would have never leaked...ever.

If he's OK with a simple repair, he can save himself the insurance deductable.

He's ok with doing repairs, he owns a car care center. I help him with his rig. The main problem is the pvc material goes over the edge and anchors under the trim piece on the side. I can repair it with Eternabond and paint it over with elastomeric paint, which will seal with no problem. We have to check inside to see if there was any water damage from the rain.

Sounds like a plan!

Caulking the edges of Eternabond is only aesthetic. The tacky putty adhesive of Eternabond attracts dirt and dust at the edge where it shows and bleeds. Caulking covers this edge and looks nice, but it's equally waterproof either way.

As for the edge that goes under the rain gutter, the right way to do this is to remove the rain gutter screws and re-secure the membrane--possibly an air-staple or two. If the tear is far from both ends of the rain gutter, don't remove the last few screws at each end. This will save you from messing with the caulk and the vinyl insert terminations at the ends.

If the gutter didn't come off leaving the butyl tape on one side, peel off the old butyl tape and put on fresh (very inexpensive). (There likely will be butyl tape on both sides of the membrane.) Then put the rain gutter back on. Tightening the screws will seal it tightly to the butyl tape.

Then apply Eternabond over the tear, slightly lapping over the edge of the rain gutter. Use a roller to make sure pressure is applied everywhere.

Moved thread from the General Tech and Repair section to the Exterior Maintenance/Roofs/Sealing/Covers and Vents sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to that particular sub-forum and not general tech questions.

I wouldn't take it to any RV dealer. The best choice would be an independent RV shop or mobile RV repair service.
I hired a mobile RV repair service here in Phoenix, to repair a section of my rotten and torn trailer roof.
They were efficient/competent and much cheaper than a dealership.
