Need to confirm roof material, appropriate maintenance products

I have a new-to-me 2017 or 2018 Wildwood X-Lite 201BHXL. Bought it from a bank repo auction, where it was listed as a 2018 model, but the sticker on the side gives a manufacture date of March 2017.

I've seen a number of forum posts and dealer ads that suggest that X-Lites made during this time have the Alpha Systems SuperFlex roof membrane. However, I can find no information directly from Forest River to confirm this. I looked up manuals and brochures for the 2017 and 2018 models, and they contain pretty much no information about the roof.

I need to do a thorough cleaning of the roof and some repair work on the sealant. My understanding is that Alpha is very particular about the products that can be used on their roofs.

I'm hoping someone who owns a '17 or '18 X-Lite can confirm the roofing material and the appropriate maintenance products.

Thanks.

I checked in the bathroom skylight and confirmed that the roofing material is TPO (white on both sides). So I'm going to assume it is SuperFlex. Going with Alpha branded products to be safe.

Its good you found out what the material is in case you need to do repairs sometime in the feature. I have used a mild detergent with copious amounts of water on numerous rigs with great results and very little cost. These roofs are not as tender as many folks think. They are designed to be outside in the harsh elements I think the real key is making sure you use plenty of water when you rinse. JMHO

For Alpha TPO roofs I use a mixture of dish soap and simple green as recommended by them. I mix this is 5 gallon bucket with water and use a soft bristle push broom to scrub the roof. You will not get your roof spotless bright white doing this. To me I don't care, its a roof. Bright white is nice until the leaves, bird poop,.... hit it 5 minutes later. The cleaning is just a good excuse to get on the roof and inspect the seals.

I use 303 protectant on the awning, slide toppers, vent covers,.... anything that takes a beating from the sun. Not the roof... you do not need to do anything other than clean it 2-3 times a year.
