New camper got a roof question

I bought 2022 vengence 351g2. I purchased this new camper 8 days ago. I found a soft spot on the roof the dealship says it's a overlap because of all the cut out the manufacturer had to do in this area. That's its completely normal. Is that accurate or are they avoiding dealing with this? On the phone one guy said if I found a soft spot then the whole roof might have to be torn off to correct the problem. The soft spot is at the raised area of the lining u can see.
