Old EPMD Roof needs major TLC

So it's my old 2005 Sunseeker, and her roof is in bad shape. Not leaking so far (knock on wood) but she needs a good taping and sealing. According to what I've learned so far, she's got an EMPD roof. I've got a health supply of Eternabond tape to address the few areas that are really weak, but want to do a roll on application on her whole roof.

So a few questions.

Is there a difference between the Dicor EPMD roof sealer and a rubber roof sealer?
Would it be better to do a roll on rubber roof application, or roll on EPMD sealer?
Which is the best roll on EPMD sealer?
Which is the best roll on rubber roof?
Which is these can be rolled over Dicor Self Leveling sealant and Etrenabond tape?
How do I determine if I have a Type 1 EPMD roof (apparently Type 1 roofs require a primer) or not?

Right now, the plan is to tape her entire perimeter, and any holes/wear spots, then apply a new coating/sealer (2 coats).

The hope is we can get another few years out of the existing roof loner before we replace the entire roof (If we decide to keep her that long.

Any advice would be helpful.
