Piece of wood in underbelly 2018 coachmen.

So I have a new travel trailer. Tub trap from factory was not hooked up. I flooded the bathroom before I even got to use the trailer.

WTF.

Now upon inspection I see water filled up in underbelly. Upon making a hole to relieve water I found large wood cut out.

It has since been removed.

Coachmen is throwing and hiding garbage in customers campers IMO.

Just adding to the list of issues.

The disconnected trap should have been caught during PDI. Unfortunately the wood is normal. When a cut out is made to pass through plumbing etc, many times the cut out piece falls into the wall or the hole. Manufacturers are building units as fast as they can and can not keep up with demand. This result is assembly people not having time to take the extra care customers want. I an not endorsing this , but rather just relaying facts.
