Plywood under dash
I bought a 2014 Forest River Georgetown about a year ago. Recently visited a friend who had previously owned and recommended Forest River. He warned me to check the underside of my dash (visable thru hood). His had been raw plywood an began to deteriorate due to water until he spotted it and sealed it. Mine has a layer of sponge rubber thermal insulation glued to it with a liberal bead of glue. Not visable. Should I worry? Does the insulation protect from water? Anyone have any experience?
