Took me 7 hrs to wax mine with the following:

Amazon.com: 3M Scotchgard Marine Liquid Waby, 1-Liter: Automotive

I am pleased with the outcome :

I would imagine the best wax for durability would be a carnauba wax. They tend to last quite a bit longer than regular waxes.

There is only really two finishes unless you get full paint which is new. If it's not the alum. 4" lap siding it will be gel coat. Gel coat is the most used now a days. I think now FR offers a paint like redwood RV's. But that is on there trilogy, ceder creek and units like that. might be a couple more, but I would say yours is gel coat. At least all the roo's I have seen are gel coat. I like the old turtle wax paste, and you can not go wrong with any 3M products. I like easy on and easy off. My 32' trailer I'm done in about 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours. But I also do it 2 times a year. depending on beer breaks.

Collinite Insulator Wax. Made in Utica, NY. Best wax out there! I just did my Windjammer today. It came out gorgeous.

Question for everyone. The black grab handles to assist with entry. What does everyone use to keep them nice and shiny. I noticed today while detailing that mine are getting that chalky look. It's only a year old!!!!!

Tried some 3M Scotchgard Marine Liquid Waby and it is fantastic. Have never felt a smoother finish in my 73+ yrs. Don't know how long it will last, but I sure am impressed. Pricey tho'.

I have used nu finish several times this year.It does not seem to last long.Recently I tried 303 protectant. It is not hard to apply and is safe for the graphics. It makes for a real slick finish so far.I will have to see how long it will hold up.

I'll have to try the 3m product. I have Rejects right now that I used on my bike. Its a great product but again pricey. I used it on all the sinks and the shower in the MH. Looks great.
