Primetime tracer 3150BHD roof issues

We haven't had the trailer out in about a month and a half but when I was in it yesterday picking up some items, I noticed some water in the bedroom. I looked up and the roof had some bubbles and water had dripped inside the closet on the left side (as you look at the front of the trailer ). I went up on the roof and the roof has literally seperated from the flashing on that side. Big enough to get a finger under there.

Does anyone know if that is something that is covered by the manufacturer as a build defect. I don't see how it is possible for the roof to seperate and rip the screws like it did.

Thanks in advance.

Doesn't sound normal . Pics are always helpful with problems like this.
