Had the same happen on my 2016 Shasta 185 FQ. Mine was at where front cap meets aluminum tread plate. The trim that cover the joint was just another example of “fine workmanship “ resulting in lack of proper sealing at factory during build. I removed strip, cleaned, reapplied byutl caulk and reinstalled trim. Then I removed the coroplast on underside of RV below effected area, removed insulation, let dry for few days, sprayed with Wet and Forget mold and mildew killer. Then sprayed rubberized undercoating on all areas effected and reinstalled coroplast liner. Have had no more problem since. This happened within few weeks of purchase of when it was NEW. May the fleas of a thousand camels infest the armpits of these so called factory trained employees that don’t care about providing a quality properly built product.
