Renew roof sealant and repair weathered awning

We have a 2005 Shamrock 21SS. The original owner put some sort of sealant on the roof (he implied he only used the best - I’m thinking it was dicor, but not certain). That sealant is wearing away in some spots and we’d like to maintain/replace it the best we can. What product should we use and what is the best way to do it?
Also, the awning is starting to deteriorate/crack from being exposed to the weather. Is there a product or tape I can apply to extend its life? It is worse where it connects to the camper, since that is the most exposed area.

As for roof, clean it thoroughly first. Look up what is recommended for your roof. I have a more modern Alpha roof membrane I use Simple Green and a soft brush on a broom stick. Dicor is a great lap sealant. Must clean where it will be applied with mineral spirits first for proper adhesion. Dicor can be applied on top of existing seals if properly cleaned first.

Cannot advise about awning tape, it's that weathered that is cracking, the rest of it will probably soon follow suit.

edit:Just went on Amazon and searched RV awning repair tape. A million products come up.
