Repair Manual

I own a 2011 Crusader and I am new to the forum. Does anyone know if Forest River ever produced any repair manuals? I want to learn to do most of the repair work on my trailer myself. Thanks!

No such thing exists in the RV Industry.

But if there is any industry that surely needs a repair manual, the RV Industry is the one.

OK, sorry, I not laughing at you or your question.
I found RVs of any kind are DIY projects, make yourself available to this forum, to YouTube videos for help, and just jump in. You'll find that there are almost as many answers to questions as types and floorplans of RVs out there.

I would imagine that there are "documents" at the assembly plants, but they probably consider those "documents" intellectual property, and they're not made available to the general public. For items such as axles, brakes, electronics, appliances, etc,, some of those manuals are made available by the manufacturer of those products.

As a retired North America Quality Assurance Systems Manager for a major chemical company, I can't agree more.
Any manufacturer who would adopt ISO standards for process and product control would reap benefits far beyond what they are doing now.

A quick Google search on "RV repair manuals" brought up 10.4 million hits. I can't vouch for the quality of anything there (I didn't read all of them ), but you might want to see if there's something helpful there.

I doubt that there are work instructions and quality checks during assembly.
I also doubt there are qualified training procedures in place.

IMHO
