Roof Cleaning

I have a 2017 Forest River 22R. Does any one know what type membrane the roof is? Does the Camco Roof cleaning chemicals do a good job?

I've just always use a bucket of hot water and a strong shot of Dawn dish soap with a brush. This tt has a tpo membrane and the previous had a epdm membrane. Rinse thoroughly let dry overnight and inspect next day on the caulk. You maybe overthinking this. JMHO

The roofs on my trailers recommends Murphy's Soap for cleaning.

Thanks everyone. Iím fairly new to TT camping. I have had a pop up and an older TT that the roof was not taken care of and I was greener than green at that time. Needless to say it obtained a lot of water damage so I trashed it and just recently bought this one. These roofs scare me. So hopefully I can learn a lot on these forums.

EPDM roofs are smooth, TPO roofs have an orange peel texture. If you tell us what the brand name is someone could answer your question. Forest River is the parent company, they own many brands of rv's and some brands use the same model number.

Sorry to hijack, I have an 2010 RPOD 173T and this info is awesome. Do you happen to know of my roof is TPO or EPDM, or is it just best to check the texture? TiA.
I just bought this thing and am trying to learn as much as possible

You'll probably get a quicker answer in the Rpod sub-forum.

Roof Material

I purchased my 2018 cedar creek Silverado 29re used. Can anyone inform me what the roof material is? I need to install a protective sealant over the entire roof. It would be helpful to know if the roof is epdm or other...to ensure proper adherance.
Also, any recommendations on best brand of sealant to use?
