Roof crackling under feet

I was up on the roof and noticed a crackling under my feet. I thought at first my fat ass was to much for the roof. I got down got some Masonite type boards and went back up. While installing my maxx air covers I noticed the roof membrane was not adhered totally to substrate in spots and that was causing the crackling (I could make the noise with just a little pressure from my hands). Is this normal? 2021 Apex Ultra lite 253rls with the Dicor Crossflex Synthetic

doesn't sound normal to me with that said I know nothing about that roofing system I think being a new rig I would have the dealer check it.
