Roof Edge Problem

2015 Rockwood Windjammer - 3029WS
I notice water in the hall and upon inspection after the rain stopped this is what I found.

About 10' of the edge looks like this and several areas look cracked but not separated.

Is Eternabond the answer or is there a better solution?

I think I would clean the area well and apply something like dicore caulk to seal the area.
