Roof Fastenings

Hi, I have a 2016 Vibe extreme light .I have noticed some fastener heads popping up on the roof .They are at the edges of the cross panels .Does anyone know if they are screws or nail ? I can push them back in with my fingers so need replaced . While on the subject i have noticed that some of the roof panels do not meet the walls on one side .Thanks . Rod Reid.

They normally use staples to attach the decking.
If I had to guess I'd say, if they're round headed, that they're probably screws.
