Roof leaks badly.....need help

I have an ongoing problem that I cannot seem to fix. 2016 Coachman Freelander. A short history and attempted fixes.......2 yrs ago, exposed to a lot of rain and snow on roof for a few weeks. Getting ready for first trip of year and had a WATERFALL from over cab bed. After inspecting roof, found a couple of 1/16” cracks in caulking at the seam of the cap. Used decor self leveling and covered with eternabond. Fast forward 1year...again rain and snow, and another WATERFALL from bed. Removed vinyl in seams and applied decor, then replaced vinyl trim and then caulked. And now it’s today. Another bout with rain and snow. And I’m still getting enormous amounts of water leaking into the cap. Can the rubber roof material allow water to seep through it? That is the only thing that I can think of. This is getting very frustrating and I would appreciate all help that I can get.thanks in advance.
