Roof Material 2017 Sandpiper 401FLX

Can anyone set me straight on the roof material on the roof of my 2017 Sandpiper 401 FLX please.
Is it TPO or EPDM. It looks to have almost a fabric look to it. I would like to put a seal coat on it and want to make sure its the right one. Thanks

I believe Sandpiper still uses a rubber roof.
