Mark Porter, Puma Warranty Division, just called and followed up with an email- he authorized a complete roof replacement through my dealer - with repair to the frame and removal of all of the nails, brads, or whatever else it is causing my problems!! Yay!
He even apologized for taking so long - I emailed him yesterday afternoon!
