Roof questions

Couple issues after going up on the roof...

1) finding these little bubbles that havenít popped, but I see them on the roof in a couple places and something similar on the slide out top. They are around the edges as well. Is this something I should cover up or just let be? What happens next?

2) my insert trim on the front seam came off. At the top it looks like it was just gooped on with sealant. I purchased some replacement trim from amazon and some brackets to screw in to hold it down. Any suggestions on what sealant to use to cover that application?

3) I have a small tear in my roof, as shown in the pictures. Open to any suggestions there as well.

Thanks in advance for the help!!

The bubbles are likely some off gassing from the adhesive. I would keep and eye on the but not worry too much at this point. If they continue to grow you will want to have someone look at it for a possible repair.

I would use Dicor self leveling sealant over the trim and for general maintenance of the sealant. Some will use Eternabond tape over all sealant as extra sealing. Many are very happy with it.

For the tear use the afore mentioned eternabond tape. You can get it in different widths and lengths. Cut a piece to fully cover the tear and create a border around it.

It's hard to beat Eternabond tape for any repairs.
