Roof repair

Wondering if anyone could give me an idea on how to approach a soft spot on my trailer roof ( 2013 wildwood 26tbss) we put our our slide - to get ready for the upcoming camping season - in our backyard this year and went to check seams / recaulk. Along the edge , where the caulking goes the roof is quite soft- so obviously it slowly got in there after all winter. My question is what is the best approach? We donít seem to notice anything on the inside on ceiling or down the walls. Thinking about removing the window and seeing if any water damage has gotten inside the walls- if not can I just recaulk and let it be? Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Stay safe

I think I would absolutely pull the window and check for damage. Its hard to tell what soft is, different to each person but if I felt a soft spot I would open the area and find what is causing that to happen.
