Roof Replaced and

My original roof FRiver put on my 2017 Surveyor was a thick, solid, no seams, hard rubber like material with a smooth/slick finish. It cleaned up easy. No leaks.

Roof was damaged/new roof put on. The 1 year old current roof is different.(?) The roof surface is a lightweight, no seams, thinner material that has a slight textured feel to it. And you can see all the taped over wood overlay joints, under the thinner material. Lots of air bubbles and at least one screw head backing out. No leaks.

Any comments on why current roof is so different. EPDM of TPO?

It's thinner because it's cheaper. Installed by a dealer I assume?
