Roof Shrinkage

I have a 2005 Sandpiper and the roof is shrinking away from the front cap. I have purchased EPDM rubber roof coating but I'm not sure how to proceed. Should the area be patched or do I need to put a new rubber membrane on? Also other parts of the membrane are loose in the middle of the camper as if the adhesive has failed. Does that need to be re-adhered before coating? Help!

It all depends, if water has entered some where it will cause the delamination of the plywood and cause the rubber(epdm) to bubble. Is in the middle of the camper were the membrane is loose is it soft? and most likely no you don't need new rubber, just peel 1/2 of the roof and re-glue then the other 1/2.
