Roof warranty

Have a wildwood 2013 26tbss- while replacing caulking today -as we always do regularly- noticed some soft spots after the winter on the slide out roof- Would this be covered under warranty? Thank you all. Happy Easter.

Most warranties on RVs are for 12 months from purchase unless you bought and extended warranty.

Are you the original owner? If not, No.
If so, only the membrane is covered past the original 1 or 2 years factory warranty.

Yes original owner - no to extended warranty. I guess I’ll have to call insurance- not sure what they would offer in this regard.

The highly touted roof warranty, only covers the fabric, no labor, no additional materials and if that isn't bad enough it's usually pro-rated. Salespeople never fail to mention it like it's a really big deal but never talk about the specifics.
