Rookie roof questions

This is my first travel trailer the trailer is a 2021 forest River Wolfpack 23 pack 15 I purchased the trailer brand new from dealer out of state September 2021 I store the trailer in a storage lot 25 miles from my house I just picked up the trailer to bring it home and do some maintenance and install some new upgrades. The trailer has been covered 80 percent of the time I have owned it. My question are I found some edges of the roof possibly the caulking peeling away.
What type of roof is this what material should I attempt to re caulk with?
Second question should the vinyl molding that covers the screw tracks already be rotted away on the front of the trailer? It appears to be caulked on the end towards the roof top with some type of clear sealant? Bottom appears to just fold under and tucked in back side.
Current covers rotting away almost see through on top any recommendations for a better quality cover? Using a adco now
I will post a few pictures

Are you referring to the tiny stripe of caulking at the top of the rain gutter? There's a butyl tape caulk behind the rain gutter. The usually-white caulk above that is mostly decorative. You can scrape it off and use a non-silicone caulk.

The vinyl trim is readily available on eBay and Amazon in lots of interesting colors. I've replaced it on both trailers. It can be a pain to terminate the ends the way the manufacturers do--by wrapping it around the end of the rain gutter. You can also trim the edges of the part that extends past the rain gutter and stuff the rest behind the vinyl but in front of the rain gutter.

You can easily put the molding on with just your thumbs. It can shrink. On our 38' trailer it shrunk a lot. When I replaced it the second time, I left a couple of inches hanging over at both ends. Once it's shrunk for a year I will terminate it.

A lot of RVers have given up on covers, including us.

Yes above the rain gutters all the way around a white thin caulk bead started to lift.

Any idea what material roof I have or how to find out without taking into a shop?
