Thumbs down Rotted wood in RF corner of 2003 Salem

I had a roof leak, now fixed, but I just noticed the vertical trim strip on the Right Front corner of this 2003 Salem 27FKSS, has pulled away from the wood holding the screws.

I can poke with a screwdriver and there seems to be significant rotted wood behind the trim.

OK, I can remove the trim just fine, but how do I remove the aluminum panels without damaging them, to replace the wood corner piece?

I have not pulled the trim yet, as I need to wait until there is no rain predicted for a week or so. I have never even seen how the skin is attached, so any advice would be appreciated..

Thanks Randy
