Shell Separation

I have a 2015 Rockwood Roo! The front right section of the shell is separating from the frame I will attempt to add a picture! I was wondering how extensive the repair is! I’m pretty handy!

That appears to be a SSL Roo. Is it the 21SSL?
Are those shadows on the siding or is there delamination bubbling?

The screws the factory put in the corner molding let water in . The factory strips screw holes, skips holes or don't put a screw in period . Every outside screw in a new rig needs to be removed a good sealant put into hole and screw installed. If you don't this happens. Sad but true . I'm sure it's been sucking water in since the day it was made . How are all the other corners ? Time to pull the trim insert out and pulling screws to have a look .

Yea but this is an 8 year old RV and may have had numerous previous owners.

He could be the 15th owner , doesn't solve the problem that 99% of trailer come from the factory with . Unless the owner has tons of time and some skill that rig in is a goner. Highly doubtful that's the only bad spot .

Yea, it's hard to tell from the picture, whether there's delamination on the siding or not.

Oh that’s just shadows from my tree in my front yard! I am the 3rd owner of this 21SSL Rockwood Roo! All previous military! It’s in really good shape minus this issue

It can be fixed, it's not going to be easy it's going to be very time consuming,, and the correct adhesives have to be used. You're going to have to open it up, try to peel back the FRP fiberglass and get back to solid wood that can hold a screw. Who knows how far the water traveled sideways.
I'm not sure why it mattered if it was military personnel owned. That has no bearing on the condition of the rig. There must have been a reason why the roof was replaced in 2021? Water leaking?. You're not going to be able to adjust to push it all back together and think the problem is solved.
