If we get alot of snowfall, is there any certain technique anyone reccomends to get the snow off? shovel, broom, ect. we dont have a Carport for it. so it wil be out in the elements this year....

Thanks
Hello:
I also have a rubber roof, and by no means an expert in this field, but I can tell you what I did and it has worked real well for me. I built a frame out of pv pipe and attached a two by four at each end of the trailer cut a hole the size of the pvc pipe in the two by for and slid the pvc pipe into the holes. then cover it with a vinyl tarp, both ends were open and the wind kept the snow and ice from building on tarp. It was sort of like a tee pee over the trailer. Very inexpensive and keeps the roof out of the hot sun and snow and ice. If this seems a little confusing here is my e-mail if you are interested I will try to send a picture so you can see what I mean. JimBecky at access995 dot com

BTW ddi it just sit ontop of the TT? or did you attach it somehow? im thinking about cutting 2x6's on edge to the contour of the roof, and then doing as you said with the pipe ect...

I'd be cautious of that studs-on-the-roof idea; any movement or friction at all and you'll be looking at re-roofing.... not a pleasant job at all.
