Streaks UNDER Wax

My neighbor's 5th wheel has a lot of streaking underneath numerous coats of wax. The person who cleaned her fiberglass keep putting more wax on thinking somehow this would get rid of the streaking. Of course, the greater the reflectivity the more the streaking shows.

What is the best way and product to remove years of wax and get down to the base fiberglass?

Thanks in advance for you help.

The cheap way, to try first, would be to wash the rig with Dawn Dishwashing Liquid. Dawn will remove wax. May have to do twice if heavy wax buildup.
Best way would be to go to an auto paint supply and buy a commerical type auto wax remover. It's used a lot in paint/body repair to remove wax prior to painting. Lot of other stuff you can use, mineral spirits, acetone. But the commerical stuff is made for your problem.
