Tear in membrane, repair, now bubble

I left something on the top of the slide on the inside, forgot and let the slide out, it created a small tear in the membrane.(About the size of a quarter) I used eternabond to patch the tear and now it's bubbling.
Trying to figure out the best course of action.
-Was thinking of injecting some roof sealant into the bubble with a syringe then applying a flat piece of weight to hold it flat while it dried..or
-Removing the eternabond and either applying some lap sealant then re-apply eternabond, or just use lap sealant..

but before I do anything wanted to think things through...

Any suggestions?
