Trailer frame construction

I own a Forest River X- lite 24' T221RBXL 2013 trailer and I was wondering what is it framed with, Wood,Tin Stud or Alum of some sort. Some people say because it only weights 3900 it might be alum frame. It also did not come with a ladder so is it ok to walk on the roof,I allready have checking stuff on the roof but should I not be up there ? It must be at least 5/8 plywood as it did not flex under my 190 lb. Last question is should I be putting some kind of uv treatment on the rubber roof. Its so new that I'm thinking something like armor all or a like treatment, not a heavy mop on coating . Thank You Mike
