treating seals?

There's sticker by the main entrance to my camper that says to lube seals every 30 or 90 days or something like that.
I can't find what they want lubed with, or exactly which seals - all doors and slides I assume...but not sure.

And for winterizing, what should I do for the toilet seal? Some veggie oil left in the bowl or vaseline or ?

I give my slide seals a good coating of Aerospace 303 UV protectant spring, mid summer, and fall.
