Well, I do go up there to check the caulk and to clean it off. I'm careful and it seem to work OK, haven't created any problem yet.

When I 1st walked on my roof, the creaking concerned me. But it creaks less now....maybe because things have "settled in" some ?? Other than the noise, the roof seems sturdy.

I walk on mine several times a year. I just make sure that the soles of my shoes do not have gravel on them. This is the year that I will be removing and replacing the caulking for my rubber roof so I will be up there alot. Have not had any problems yet.

I have a Flagstaff 26 RKS and get up there several times a year to clean and check things. I weigh about 195 now. I used to weigh around 230 and still got up there, so go ahead, you won't hurt it. Don't invite the neighborhood up there for a party though.
