Hello, I have a 2018 forest river rock wood ultralight 2902WS. Took our cover off and noticed that the cover slip( not sure what it’s called, see pictures) was no longer attached to the lrail right above the gutter and this cover split as well, so I need to replace it. It runs the full length of the trailer. It covers all the screws down the trailer and it looks like it just connects into a track. . I have some pictures attached so if anyone can tell me what this is called any installation knowledge would be great.

I just replaced this trim piece. Any recommendations on what sealant to use to run a bead all along the top of this trim?
