What is this box in rear storage?

We have a 2007 Coachmen Freelander 2600SO. Does anyone know what this box (pics attached) is in my rear storage area? It sits opposite of the bottom of the wardrobe in the bedroom (where I've torn the paneling and foam off). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

No vent cover and no wires or hoses running into it that I can see.

I really have no idea, but, it also looks like something the previous owner might have installed. Not original factory install. The box in the storage area is carpeted. Have you found anything else in your rig with this same carpeting?
I think I see some screws on the carpet. Time to start removing them.

I thought the same thing until I saw the same box in a video online of the same make and model. It was a salesman doing a walk around but of course didn't day what they are.

My guess would be that is where the floor level is when you walk up to the cabinet. What was under the bed? It appears to be raised quite a bit in videos I looked at.

Looks like a subwoofer box to me. If it is, your unit may not have had the subwoofer package.

I agree with Bama Rambler. That box goes with the speaker system. We have one of these boxes under the bathroom sink in our Rockwood 2608BS.

The bottom of the bed is the ceiling of the storage area. I never imagined a speaker box but it sure does look like it now that you mention it.

Hello
Looked at the On Line tour of another Motorhome. The box is there as well. There is Fuel Filler and Water fill outside that spot. You will n one the guy doing the video says water leaks are fine as long as they are looked after.

In this picture the bed is raised and there is walking space at the end about where that box is.

Turn on the stereo and listen to the box. Much easier than taking it apart.
