Wolf Pup Front cap Replaced

I bought my wolf Pup 16bhs in January. I brought it in to the dealer for some possible warranty work on the fridge and cabinet. I asked for a roof inspection while I had it there. They are pros and know what they are looking for. They approved the cabinet and fridge work. They noticed that the "upper side of the front capt to have wrinkle in it. Need to remove and replace the front cap ad side moldings."

I'm a little nervous about having my cabinets torn apart and rebuilt to repair the damage but I'm a LOT nervous about having the front of the Pup pulled off and replaced. Anyone else have this done? What is the problem with a little wrinkle if it's not leaking?

I just spoke to the dealer and they said the wrinkle is a bubble at the top near the roof seal. I saw a picture and it's there. Any recommendations?
