2018 Cedar Creek awning motor will not work now

Worked fine closed it would not open. Heard the motor try to open it then the motor quit. Check the fuses and they are okay. Have no idea what else to try

Are your slides open? A few months ago, mine wouldn't move, and I saw that it was hitting the slide topper, the side of it. Which meant it somehow got way out of align. When we pushed it past the part it was hitting on, it moved ok............but still had to be fixed and aligned.
