2022 Cherokee Grey Wolf 23MK Zebra Blinds

I had the rear window, 2022 Grey Wolf 23MK, Zebra blind (64in) come down while in transit.
I put everything back together, rolled the blind back on the tube, reinstalled the clutch spring (I think that's what its called), then pulled the shade down. It stayed down and would not retract.
I took the clutch spring apart and found the spring not attached to the top spool, broken off.
I'm still under warranty and have a claim open with my dealership.
I thought I would post this as there seems to be very little info on these blinds in the Grey Wolf models.
I did call Forest River, they thought the manufacturer might be Ascot Enterprises in Indiana.
www.ascotent.com
Not much info on the mechanical assembly (clutch spring) for the single roller shades.
If anyone has additional details please add.
Thank you.

A little more info on what I'm calling the clutch spring assembly.Aparently this uses a constant torque spring similar to what is pictured in the below link.

I believe the spool with the attached shaft is the output drum and the other spool is the storage drum.

They can sell the complete Zebra blind + shipping.
$182.49 for a 64in x 38in Zebra blind. I assume they can accommodate other sizes and would not expect this to include a valance.

I hope this info is helpful.

Thanks, Fred! Having a problem with the shades on our new Cedar Creek and stumbled on your posts. Thank you for sharing, especially the link to Ascot.

I have the same issue - I cannot find the full blind and the above email address does not respond. Any other ideas on how to get a zebra blind replaced? Its incredibly annoying.

Have you tried contacting the support line by phone. I made contact with them last summer and was able to order replacement parts for the Zebra blinds and received them but that did not fix the issue of the blind not rolling up. They do have replacement blinds however, I received new blind and no issue since. If I recall I had to leave a voicemail message with my contact info and they did respond in a timely manner.
