The products name was in the subject line, which by the way, CAN NOT be seen when using the mobile app.
The product referenced was "30 seconds cleaner" and I'm guessing this...

Soap and water and a little bleach are all you need. this product sounds like it could be strong with acid or a lot of bleach in it. How are you supposed to apply it and remove it in 30 seconds?

Besides the awning, I was thinking about how it might be good around the house. I have about 200 feet of block retaining walls that have black and green junk growing on them. Also the north side of my house and shed need help, as well.

It has bleach in it so be careful when using something like this with any kind of stitching. Personally, I wouldn't use it on an awning unless you have a mold issue and I would keep it away from any stitching.
