366RL Entry door stuck closed

Help!! My entry door is stuck, and I can't get in to my camper. I have a 2021 Columbus 1492 366RL, and I cannot open the entry door to get inside. The handle pulls out, but the door won't open.
This is very frustrating. The camper is useless if I can't get in it.
I am not set up. It is actually still hitched to my truck. I just returned from a weekend of camping. I wanted to unload it at my house before taking it to storage.
Please help. I have trouble opening the door when it is setup. I was told that is because of the great weather seal around the door. I had to learn how to open it.

I eventually got it to open. I am not sure what was different when it opened other me praying about it.

doors can stick if the rig is not somewhat level if it happens again check the level of the rig and see if that is the problem. (frame twisting and flexing)

It could be similar to the issues on my Grand Design. I had to remove the strike plate and flatten it out and grind the tops off the round head screws they used. This made it ok, but the proper fix would be to pull the door out and make the opening about 1/16" wider. Haven't decided if i will do that yet.

I highly doubt if it is the weather seal and it should open properly not leveled at all or properly leveled.

The 1st step is finding the issue. I used painters tape where I thought the issue was. When you find it the tears in the tape will be obvious.
